1-2 packages of lean ground turkey breast
your favorite cheese
small handful of bread crumbs
salt, pepper, spices to taste
Put lean ground turkey into large bowl. In a sauce pan, saute together chopped onion, chopped tomato and finely chopped garlic. Pour sauteed mixture into ground turkey, add handful of flour, 1-2 eggs (depending on how many packages of meat you used). Once mixed, add in 1 mango chopped in large pieces. Blend mixture with fingers. Add in salt, pepper and spices to taste.
Preheat the oven to 400° F. Slice yams into thin fry-like shapes. Coat with olive oil and place in oven for 20 minutes (this can happen while you’re barbequing the burgers). When you remove them from the oven, toss with sea salt and serve.
BBQ turkey burgers 5-8 minutes per side, depending on BBQ it will be different, so check carefully. Top burgers with your favorite cheese.
Lastly, boil green beans on high heat for 4 minutes and serve right away.
